Why Polish Fuel?

As you know, clean fuel is essential for worry free engine operation. What you may not know is that today’s fuels begin to deteriorate in as little as 28 days. Both gasoline and diesel are also hygroscopic, which means that they like to attract and hold water molecules from the surrounding environment. Add in contaminants such as foreign matter and bio-organisms and the instability of diesel fuel and you end up with fuel that degrades engine performance at the very least or can cause damage to engine parts such as injectors or corrode fuel tanks.

Some signs of degraded fuel can include hard starting, excessive smoke, poor engine performance and premature filter replacement.
Our mobile fuel polishing system be used for both Diesel and Gasoline and can help restore your fuel through our 3 step conditioning and filtration process. The fuel enters our fuel conditioning unit to remove standing water and large matter using a type of turbine and baffles. To reduce the droplet size, the diesel fuel is then exposed to a magnet field. The fuel is then passed through a second filter and water block to remove all remaining water and particulates down to 15 microns. Finally the fuel is sent through a 10 micron filter before being returned to the tank.
